A. METHODS OF PLACING AN ORDER

- You may place an order either online or via our Order Telephone Line, 77778200.

- You can select an item to purchase by searching for it in the Search box placed on the top of the site’s pages using key words, brand names, etc. 

- You may also initially select the related Item Category and then narrow down your selection to the item you wish to purchase.

Β. OPTIONS & COST FOR DELIVERY OR COLLECTION OF AN ORDER

The following three options for delivery or collection are available:

- Delivery at the address you have specified (Nationwide, Delivery Zones A&B). See Delivery Zones.

- Collection from one of the Courier Customer Service Points.

- Collection from one of the EvZeen.com Associated Pharmacies

- For orders above €39 (provided they are up to 15kg): FREE OF CHARGE for both delivery service at the address you have specified and collection from a selected point.

- For orders below €39 or above 15kg: collection charge from the Courier Customer Service Points or from the EvZeen.com Associated Pharmacies, is €2.00.

- There is an additional charge of €1.00 for delivery at the defined address (i.e. total €3) and €0.25 for every additional kilo in case the order is above 15kg.

Notes:

 

1. The collection option that refers to the Associated Pharmacies is available only if you pay online for your order (including the relevant collection charge, if applicable).

2. The below price list applies only if at the specific time there is no special offer by EvZeen.com that is referring to free delivery of orders of any value.

You may collect your orders from:

- One of the over a 100 Courier Customer Service Points nationwide, by our local logistics associate GAP AKIS EXPRESS LTD (www.gapakisexpress.com), or

- One of the EvZeen.com Associated Pharmacies, nationwide. This collection option is available only if you pay online for your order (including the relevant collection charge, if applicable). 

All the above collection points will be detailed for selection within the Checkout process. Once your order is available for collection, you will be notified by a “Ready to Collect” text (sms) on your mobile phone.

Once your order is available for delivery, a courier representative will call you (at the contact phone number you have registered), so a delivery day and time is arranged (during working days & hours the particular service is provided).

Your order will be available for collection within 1 - 3 working days from the moment the order has been submitted,unless otherwise timely notified by our Customer Service Team. Once the order is ready for collection, you will receive a “Ready to Collect” Text Notification (sms), on your mobile phone. Upon arrival at the collection point you have selected, please exhibit your Dispatch Email or Text Notification. If your order has not already been paid for online, it is required that you pay in cash at the collection point (including the relevant collection charge, if applicable).

If your order is held at the selected collection point for 14 days without being collected, it will be returned back to us.

In case you cannot collect your order yourself, you will be responsible for the person who is collecting the parcel on your behalf and presents the relevant Dispatch Email or Text Notification.

The order will be available for collection within 1 - 3 working days from the moment the order has been submitted, unless otherwise timely notified by our Customer Service Team . Once the order is ready for collection, you will receive a “Ready to Collect” Text Notification (sms), on your mobile phone. For collection of your order, please exhibit your Dispatch Email or Text Notification. You may be requested to demonstrate proof of identity.

This particular collection option is available only if your order has been already paid for online (including the relevant collection charge, if applicable).

Please note that if your order is held at the selected pharmacy for 14 dayswithout being collected, it will be returned back to us.

In case you cannot collect your order yourself, you will be responsible for the person who is collecting the parcel on your behalf and presents the relevant Dispatch Email or Text Notification.

DELIVERY: Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 12:30 & 15:30 - 17:30.

COLLECTION FROM COURIER CUSTOMER SERVICE POINTS: 08:00 - 18:00 on weekdays and on Saturdays 08:00 - 13:00 where applicable (please review relevant Table listing all Courier Service Points so you can see which are open on Saturdays). 

COLLECTION FROM EVZEEN.COM ASSOCIATED PHARMACIES:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 08:00 - 13:30 & 15:00 18:00 (during Summer Season: 08:00 - 13:30 & 16:00 - 19:00), Wednesdays and Saturdays: 08:00 -13:30.

Your order may be dispatched in more than one parcels and arrive on different days and at different times. You can track each parcel separately through our online Tracking System, using the link on your dispatch email or by logging in to your account.

Orders will be delivered by our logistics associate GAP AKIS EXPRESS LTD (www.gapakisexpress.com).

From the moment an order is placed, the average delivery time is 1-3 working days, depending on the method and location of delivery. If for any reason this specified delivery time will be exceeded, our Customer Service Team will contact you accordingly. You may track your order at any given moment through our online Tracking System.

In case you have not received all of your order, before you contact us, please check the following:

- The Order Confirmation e-mail to see if all products were ordered.

- The Dispatch email to confirm that all the products have been dispatched. It is possible that some of the products of your order for various reasons may not have been available. In order not to delay the rest of your order we may dispatch initially only the available products and cancel the order for the out of stock products. We will be updating you via email accordingly. The documentation regarding your order will state the products included in the dispatch and you will be charged only for the products dispatched. In case a promotional Points Reward Scheme is running, you will be earning all points as per the original order, including those related to the products not dispatched.

- Your order may be dispatched in more than one parcels and arrive on different days and at different times.

D. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

A. Returns

Any return of purchased products from EvZeen.com may take place within 15 days from the day they have been received, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging status.

The procedure of returning purchased products will be defined according to each particular situation, via a prior telephone communication between you and our Customer Service Team.

For any return or refund procedure to be initiated, you must correctly complete the Returns Form.

Returned products that comply with the above terms and for which the Returns Form is duly completed, will be refunded.

In case a return claim does not take place within the specified 15 days period, or any other of the above prerequisites is not fully satisfied, EvZeen.com has the right not to accept the return of the items.

If a return is requested due to a mistake or omission of EvZeen.com, then all costs related to the return procedure will be covered by us. Otherwise, the relevant costs will refer to the customer.

B. Cancellations

Cancellations of orders prior to their dispatch are entirely upon the discretion of EvZeen.com and are possible only with a prior communication between the customer and our Customer Service Team.

In case the cancellation of the order or part of the order is accepted and the particular purchased products were paid via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal, then an amount equal to that which has been paid will be returned to the same Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account, according to the necessary procedures of the bank institution to which the account is maintained.

Your order may has been cancelled for, inter alia, one or more of the following reasons:

- We may have had a technical issue.

- You have requested to cancel the order.

- The particular products ordered were out of stock.

- A pricing or product description error was identified.

- The quantity of products ordered.

- There is a problem with the payment method used.

C. ORDER PAYMENTS

You may pay for an order either online (via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal) or by cash upon delivery to the address you have specified or upon collection from one of the Courier Customer Service Points you have selected. The option of collecting an order from one of the EvZeen.com Associated Pharmacies, is available only if you pay online for your order (including the relative collection charge, if applicable). No payments will be accepted at any of the EvZeen.com Associated Pharmacies.

- Maestro Card

- PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro Card, American Express)

In the case of paying for an order via Credit/Debit Card, upon the completion of the order process the amount reserved is equal to the total amount of the order’s worth, while the final amount to be charged is the total amount that relates to the respective part of the order executed. The Credit/Debit Card to be used must belong to the person who will perform the purchase. Before a particular charge takes place, the authenticity of the owner’s personal information details may be checked.

If you choose to pay for an order upon delivery or collection from a Courier Customer Service Point, then payment can be made only in cash.

Please note that orders placed via telephone may be paid for only in cash, upon door delivery or collection from one of the selected Courier Customer Service Points.

E. SPECIAL OFFERS AND MARKETING PROMOTIONS

Special Offers and in general any kind of Marketing Promotions will be announced within the site. Special Offers that are promoted by EvZeen.com either within the site itself or via any other chosen media, will be valid for the specific period of time announced and/or until the relevant stock runs out.

EvZeen.com bears no obligation in the case you do not correctly follow the noted procedure to benefit from a specific promotion announced. Users that have created an EvZeen.com account or have registered to our Newsletter, may receive via email additional Special Offers of personalized or seasonal nature. In general, these specific users will qualify for additional privileges regarding to Promotional Benefits.

You will need to contact our Customer Service Team, so that the particular case may be investigated.

If an item is temporarily out of stock this will be easily distinct on the product’s page since you will see the “Out of Stock” label. For an item that is temporarily out of stock, you will not be able to place an order. To be informed when a particular item is back in stock you can keep visiting our page to review the item’s stock status.

Alternatively, you can enter your email address within the relevant field on the item’s page, so that you are notified accordingly once the item is again available for purchasing.

Yes, you may proceed with an order and complete a purchase without registering.
