Brush your teeth 2-3 times a day after each meal, for three (3) minutes, with gel Paroex 0.12% CHX. Use Paroex 0.20% Rinse 2 times a day (morning and evening) with 10-15 ml for 30 seconds.
Use for 7-15 days, according to the instructions of your dentisit.
